| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Electron, Switch, American Express and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet but we strongly reccomend that you place all orders via the website as we cannot guarentee the security of any other method. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We offer a same day delivery service for the UK if the flowers are ordered before 1pm. Our delivery charge is £5.99 including VAT If you are sending flowers for a funeral, please include a time of the funeral service. We will contact you if there are any problems with any of our deliveries. |
| Delivery Schedule When placing your order, you will be able to inform us of your preferred delivery date during checkout (we do not deliver Sundays) as well as inserting a message to be sent with the flowers or gift. For Multiple deliveries to different addresses please order separately. Place your order online or by phone before 1pm for same day delivery. Contact us on 01206 564832 4.3 Non Floral Delivery Services 4.3.1 Within our Fine Foods of the World Range orders received before 2pm British time Monday to Thursday can normally be despatched the same day for next day delivery almost anywhere in mainland UK subject to availability. Orders received before 12 noon on Friday will normally be despatched the same day for Monday delivery almost anywhere on mainland UK (see above item on Fresh Foods). Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, UK islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey may take three working days. Certain areas of Scotland, Ireland and Wales - allow an additional 48 hours after the requested delivery date. 4.3.2 Within our Plants Range, some items will be delivered via courier to UK mainland addresses. These items are available for next day delivery on a date of your choice between Monday to Saturday. When ordering, we'll advise you of the first available delivery date for your chosen item. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on your chosen date, the exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. For Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, please allow an additional 48 hours after the requested delivery date. These items are not currently available for delivery to the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, BFPO addresses or hospitals. |
